During the rapid development of rural infrastructures in China, many important issues such as the real wishes of farmers and the proper management of the infrastructure have been overlooked, resulting in a weak sense of gain among farmers. To propose effective improvement strategies, this research aimed to explore the influence mechanism of the farmers’ sense of gain and to build a comprehensive evaluation model of farmers’ sense of gain in the provision of rural infrastructure. To achieve the above aims, we first proposed hypotheses among four constructs and selected an evaluation index for each construct. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and a questionnaire survey, we then verified the proposed hypotheses and developed a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the farmers’ sense of gain in the provision of rural infrastructure. The results first showed that the content of gain and the way of gain directly affect the farmers’ sense of gain, and the governance indirectly affects the farmers’ sense of gain. Moreover, the way of gain has the greatest impact on the sense of gain, followed by the governance and the content of gain. Furthermore, the analysis results demonstrate that the developed fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is feasible and effective in evaluating farmers’ sense of gain in the provision of rural infrastructures. The findings of this study first enrich the relevant theories of farmers’ sense of gain in the provision of rural infrastructure. The findings also provide theoretical support for the government authorities to put forward effective governance strategies for rural infrastructure from the perspective of farmers’ sense of gain....
Many problems of practical interest can be modeled and solved by using bipolar graph algorithms. Bipolar fuzzy graph (BFG), belonging to fuzzy graphs (FGs) family, has good capabilities when facing with problems that cannot be expressed by FGs. Hence, in this paper, we introduce the notion of (ϑ, δ)−homomorphism of BFGs and classify homomorphisms (HMs), weak isomorphisms (WIs), and co-weak isomorphisms (CWIs) of BFGs by (ϑ, δ)−HMs. Also, an application of homomorphism of BFGs has been presented by using coloring-FG. Universities are very important organizations whose existence is directly related to the general health of the society. Since the management in each department of the university is very important, therefore, we have tried to determine the most effective person in a university based on the performance of its staff....
In this paper, we present an approach to fully automate tumor delineation in positron emission tomography (PET) images. PET images play a major role in medicine for in vivo imaging in oncology (PET images are used to evaluate oncology patients, detecting emitted photons from a radiotracer localized in abnormal cells). PET image tumor delineation plays a vital role both in pre- and post-treatment stages. The low spatial resolution and high noise characteristics of PET images increase the challenge in PET image segmentation. Despite the difficulties and known limitations, several image segmentation approaches have been proposed. This paper introduces a new unsupervised approach to perform tumor delineation in PET images using Atanassov’s intuitionistic fuzzy sets (A-IFSs) and restricted dissimilarity functions. Moreover, the implementation of this methodology is presented and tested against other existing methodologies. The proposed algorithm increases the accuracy of tumor delineation in PET images, and the experimental results show that the proposed method outperformed all methods tested....
There are some confusion and complexity in our everyday lives, as we live in an uncertain environment. In such type of environment, an accurate calculation of the data and finding a solution to a problem is not an easy job. So, fuzzy differential equations are the better tools to model problems in the fuzzy domain. Modeling the real-world phenomenon more accurately requires such operators. Therefore, we investigate the fractional-order Swift–Hohenberg equation in the fuzzy concept. We study this equation under the fuzzy Caputo fractional derivative. We use the fuzzy Sumudu transform to find out the semianalytical solution of the considered equation. To deal with the nonlinear term of the problem, we also use the Adomian decomposition method. To confirm the accuracy of the proposed procedure, we give two test problems. Lastly, we plot the numerical results for various fractional orders, and uncertainty belongs to [0, 1]....
Due to sensor characteristics, geographical environment, electromagnetic interference, electromagnetic silence, information countermeasures, and other reasons, the phenomenon of track breakages occur in the process of aircraft track data processing. It leads to the change in target label attributes. In order to make the track segment association effect better, we studied several existing time series prediction methods, and proposed a track segment association method based on bidirectional Holt-Winters prediction and fuzzy analysis. This algorithm bidirectionally predicts and extrapolates track segments by the Holt-Winters method, and then uses the fuzzy track segment association algorithm to perform segment association and secondary association. The simulation results of this method show that the track segment association method based on Holt-Winters prediction and fuzzy analysis can effectively solve the track association problem where the target label attributes change before and after track breakage, demonstrating better association ability and robustness. Compared with the fuzzy association method without adding track prediction, our method generally improves the association accuracy by 35%....
